26/27 Registration Form
We currently have a waitlist for all our classes for the 26/27 school year, except for our 4-day 3 year old AM class.
Process for registering
Option 1: Submit Digitally (Preferred)

Download and save the application to your device.

Open the application using Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Use the Fill & Sign tool to complete the form.

Save the completed form and rename the file using the student’s first and last name.

Email the completed application to dpederson@ashland.k12.ma.us.
Option 2: Submit by Scan

Print the application.

Fill it out completely by hand.

Scan the completed application.

Email it to dpederson@ashland.k12.ma.us.

Be sure to include the student’s first and last name in the email subject line.
